Attached to this post is a pdf file of a handout I use in my legal rhetoric/argumentation classes. I've been working on refining it over the years. Feel free to make use of it as you wish; suggestions for improvement are welcome.

Its very nice article it improve the all sales processes there are more common features to included.

Thanks for posting this. It should be helpful in teaching my undergrad legal writing course. Thanks also for your earlier recommendation of Farnsworth's _The Legal Analyst_.
