From The Financial Times:

Speaking in Brasília at a joint press conference with Gordon Brown, the UK prime minister, [Brazil's President] Mr Lula da Silva told reporters: "This crisis was caused by the irrational behaviour of white people with blue eyes, who before the crisis appeared to know everything and now demonstrate that they know nothing."

He added: "I do not know any black or indigenous bankers so I can only say [it is wrong] that this part of mankind which is victimised more than any other should pay for the crisis."

Also, I was told that CNN has reported that Lula da Silva is the most popular national leader in the world, with 80% approval ratings...

It would seem that having some European lineage I can say that this is partial true. Europeans have had an enormous amount of Greed were they saw land and possessions of others and have wanted it "Covet after it". Europeans have taken from the native people of Australia..USA..and the Carribean.shall I go on?..

There is a tremendously horrible history of Europeans BUT..
It is not to blame them alone.

The world in general now is about "greed" of all leaders in all countries
Africa..Asia..Europe now all are guilty..it is the people who are fooled and ruled!
Look at health care 50 million in USA and EUROPE on antidepressants but science says it only works in maybe 40% of people and that people can heal better naturally http://spirithappy.wordpress.com/2009/05/30/science-reveals-the-best-cur...
Greed pill companies keep this information from the people " WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD"
